Can you clean outside normal business hours?
Tell us your preferred access times in the enquiry form. We will discuss availability and a schedule that minimises disruption.
Do you offer regular and one-off cleaning?
Yes, you can enquire about recurring cleaning programmes and one-off or periodic deep cleaning.
How do I get a quotation?
Complete the enquiry form with your premises type, location, approximate size and preferred frequency. We will review the information and discuss next steps.
Will you visit the site before quoting?
Some jobs may require a walkthrough to agree the scope and understand access, equipment and site-specific needs.
Can you cover multiple sites?
Please include the locations and requirements for each site. We can discuss whether a multi-site arrangement is practical.
Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
This will be confirmed in the quotation based on the work required and the agreed scope.
How quickly can cleaning start?
Start dates depend on the scope, location, scheduling and confirmed capacity. We will agree a realistic mobilisation date before work begins.
Are you insured and accredited?
Please ask us for current insurance details and any relevant documents. We will only claim certifications and cover that can be verified.
Is there a minimum contract term?

Is a site visit required?
Some jobs can be scoped from detailed information, while others benefit from a survey before a firm price is given.
Do you undertake specialist or high-risk cleaning?
Specialist work is considered separately and only accepted where appropriate skills, equipment and safe working arrangements are available.
